Abstract:
This Information Technology Project is a Web – based system designed to improve document tracking of PROCOR. This system response to the problems encountered in the existing process of PROCOR. The system will also provide improvement in monitoring of accomplishment, storing, retrieval, updating, tracking, and deadline reminders for documents. The system will primarily use by the Chief Clerk, the employees of PROCOR. Faster and easier tracking of documents can be attained by the systematic process provided by the system. Gathering of data’s were done through interview of the current process as the basis of the project. The collected data was analysed and served as the guide in developing the project.
