Abstract:
The purpose of the project is to study the manual process of property, plant and equipment inventory of Benguet Provincial Capitol.The proponent conducted interview and data gathering that served as the solutions to the problems encountered. The same data that were gathered served as bases in the specific identification of an operational system model in the development of the system. The study provides computer-based solutions to the existing problems encountered during the procedure. The proposed system will help speed-up generation of reports, retrieval and updating of records. It also provides feature that aids in monitoring the equipment and it’s the users.
