dc.description.abstract The organizational communication assessment was conducted in KALIPI located at Tiep, Bani, Pangasinan with ten officers and 29 members. The study aimed to assess the efficiency of the organizational internal communication flow of KALIPI. The study was conducted using an interview questionnaire and a focus group discussion. The data was analyzed using mean rating, tabular presentation and narrative form. The commonly used communication channels in the organization are text/call, announcements, face-to-face and meetings. The result shows that the coordination and knowledge was rated as moderately effective in both upward and downward communication. For the horizontal communication between and amongst the officers and members, it was rated as effective. Moreover, for the reliability and timeliness of the internal communication, in upward communication, it was rated as poorly effective while in downward communication it was moderately effective. In the horizontal communication with the officers, it was rated as effective and between the members with their co-members is moderately effective. The challenges they encountered were irregular attendance in meetings, membership fee delinquency, meeting decorum, no physical office, insufficient cellphone credits, and lack of self-confidence. These are the following recommendation and solutions on the problems: active participation, commitment in KALIPI, punctuality, accountability and attentiveness en_US
