dc.description.abstract This study was conducted at LTVTPMPC, La Trinidad, Benguet to identify the credit needs and wants of LTVTPMPC member-borrowers, to analyze the level satisfaction of the members, and to determine the problems encountered by the loan borrowers. The source of information were gathered through survey questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The members has a big participation in recruitment of new members. Among the loan services offered by the cooperative, regular loan is the most availed by the members. Members joined the cooperative in the perception that the cooperative is easy to access and it credible institution. LTVTPMPC loan services were overall rated as satisfactory by the members, implying that the members were satisfied with the services offered by the cooperative. The members’ motivation in paying their loan on time is maintaining trust with the cooperative and loyalty. For the particular features of loan that needs improvement, most wants to lesser interest on regular loan and higher amount on emergency loan. For the respondents’ suggestion, most want more loans to be offered by the cooperative. With the aforementioned results of the study the following recommendations are proposed: A) the cooperative to study the loan amortization process if possible make it flexible based on the need of the borrowers. B) The cooperative to study the possibility of the cooperative for increasing the maximum emergency amount from PhP15, 000 to PhP25, 000. C) The cooperative consider decreasing interest rate based on the capacity of the borrowers. D) Come up with other loan service to be offered such as educational loan, emergency loan and business loan. en_US
