dc.description.abstract In the domain of higher education, the success and career achievement aids as an imperative testament in the impact and efficacy of an institution’s educational program. Alumni holds distinct importance in terms of accomplishments achieved within their chosen path in the field of nursing. Benguet State University (BSU), located in La Trinidad, Benguet, displays the area’s strong educational tradition and commitment to academic success. The achievements of its alumni showcase the high-quality education offered by BSU-CN and its continuing influence on the nursing field. The study aimed to explore the notable nursing achievements among the Benguet State University-College of Nursing (BSU-CN) alumni from 1994 until 2023. The study utilized quantitative cross-sectional descriptive research design. The population comprises 2, 184 alumni who graduated in BSU-CN between 1994 and 2023. Meeting specific criteria. Purposive and stratified sampling were utilized. Data was collectedthrough questionnaires administered online. Ethical considerations included voluntary participation, informed consent, confidentiality, and data was subjected to descriptive analysis and frequency percentage distribution. Results were communicated accordingly. Demographics such as the age group and sex, impact the response rate. In addition, the nursing program of BSU influences the graduates’ career choices wherein a trend in specialization and workplace location can be observed. Moreover, the nursing alumni have notable achievements throughout the nursing areas and beyond the nursing field, ranging from local to international levels. This signifies the capabilities of the graduates to excel in various fields. It is recommended to dive in deeper into the achievements received, and explore further variables such as gender dynamics, specialization trends, and changes in curriculum. Building a stronger alumni network is also recommended to address the inadequate response rates by the graduates for future tracer studies. en_US
