People are looking for natural way of enhancing beauty. Hence, the development of facial pack with addition of turmeric. There were thirty respondents that were selected based on their age and gender. Score cards were used as a tool in gathering the data. Based on age, younger people accept more the facial packs in terms of the moisturizing effect and texture as compared to the scent and color. While older respondents accept the turmeric packs in terms of texture, color, scent and effect. In addition, no significant differences were found among treatments. While significant differences were found in the acceptability of facial packs in term of texture, color and scent when respondents are group according to age.&#13;
Result reveal that the developed facial pack with turmeric is acceptable in terms of scent and effect. It is however recommended that the products be subjected to chemical and shelf life analysis

The study was conducted to determine the situation of the Gaswiling Bamboo Crafters Association and to see if bamboo making can give or can generate income to its members of the association; the demographic profiles of the members of the GABACA; practices on bamboo craft-making, identify the socio-economic contributions gained by the members from the association; and to determine the problems encountered by the members relative to their membership to the GABACA.&#13;
Twenty respondents were chosen. A survey questionnaires and personal interview were used to gather the data.&#13;
Majority of the respondents were females and married. The result indicates that female respondents are interested in the bamboo craft industry. All of them were at between 48 -78 years old. All the respondents have gone to school but only few are college graduates. Accordingly, bamboo craft-making is considered as their part time job which provides additional financial support for the family aside from vegetable production.&#13;
Most of the respondent’s sources of raw materials are their own produced. The bamboo products are fruit trays and they sell it as well-finished with paint and with designs.&#13;
The socio-economic contributions of the GABACA to its members are it develops management capability and improves their income.&#13;
The main problems encountered by the GABACA members are limited market outlet of products and lack access to quality and affordable planting materials of bamboo.

<title>Conditional Cash Transfer Program: Its Contributions among the Indigents of Kamog in Sablan, Benguet</title>

The Conditional Cash Transfer Program brought socioeconomic changes to the indigent residents of Kamog in Sablan, Benguet. This is the result of the study conducted in October 2015 with the help of the 57 respondents.&#13;
	The study characterized the beneficiaries of the Conditional Cash Transfer Program as to age, sex, civil status, total number of children, estimated monthly income, highest educational attainment, and main source of income; identified the socio-economic changes brought about by the program on the respondents; identified the practices of the respondents in the utilization of the cash received  from CCT Program; enumerated the problems encountered the respondents along their participation in the CCT Program; and  enumerated  the recommendations of the respondents relative to the implementation of the program.&#13;
	As to the results of the study, the respondents identified the changes brought about by the CCT Program as follows: they were able to pay school tuition fees on time; their children were able to attend classes every day because they have enough energy going to school; children  were able to wear descent clothes as well as foot wears; 	beneficiaries were able to develop cooperation and discipline in working with others through the seminars and workshops provided for the program; and few of the beneficiaries who just ate 2 times a day before can already ate 3 times. &#13;
	The most identified practices of the beneficiaries relative to the utilization of the cash they received under the CCT Program are for children school tuition fees, for daily allowances and other school requirements. Nevertheless, few respondents used the money to buy nutritious food, vitamins and farm inputs. &#13;
	The problems encountered by the beneficiaries relative to the implementation of the program in a descending order of gravity, are as follows: cash claiming is delayed, difficult to cope with the policy and rules in CCT, cash grant is not enough for the family, delayed communication in seminar and meetings, insufficient knowledge in claiming cash grants, and time consuming due to too much meetings and requirements.&#13;
	As to the recommendations, the Conditional Cash Transfer Program cash grant should be increased to cater the needs of the beneficiaries. The concerned agencies should formulate a timetable for the respondent’s activities where remittance of cash grants and paper requirements are indicated. Furthermore, the concerned agencies should conduct regular education seminars regarding the program to help them understand more and be acquainted with all the necessary papers needed in the accomplishment of the requirements.&#13;
	On the part of the beneficiaries, they should realize that the CCT Program is not perpetual. They should find stable sources of income while waiting for the eventual ending of the program.

This study was conducted at the different schools in La Trinidad namely: CCDC and BSU from January to February 2016 to determine the meal students usually eat outside the home, the kind of food prepared outside the home students usually buy, to determine how much they spend every day for food prepared outside the home, the reasons of the students in buying food prepared outside the home, the factors affecting expenditure of students on food prepared outside the home, and the effect of selected demographic profile on expenditure on food prepared outside the home. &#13;
	The data were gathered from 500 students; 300 from BSU and 200 from CCDC. Majority of the respondent (88.8%) eat budget meals and street foods for their lunch. Majority of the respondents spent below 50 pesos daily on food prepared outside the home. Students spend an average of ₱ 69.38 daily on food prepared outside the home.&#13;
	Most of the respondents’ main reasons in buying food prepared outside the home are:  they do not have enough time to prepare their food, affordable price/ economical and feel exhausted and tired. The factors considered by the students in buying food prepared outside the home are taste, personal health and price of the food. Regression Analysis on the factors affecting expenditure of college students shows that monthly allowance significantly affect the expenditure of college students at 0.001 while the type of school and age significantly affect the expenditure of college students at 0.05. Sex and the location of boarding house do not have significant effect on the expenditure of college students on food prepared outside the home.
