The organizational communication assessment was conducted in KALIPI located at Tiep, Bani, Pangasinan with ten officers and 29 members. The study aimed to assess the efficiency of the organizational internal communication flow of KALIPI.&#13;
	The study was conducted using an interview questionnaire and a focus group discussion. The data was analyzed using mean rating, tabular presentation and narrative form.&#13;
	The commonly used communication channels in the organization are text/call, announcements, face-to-face and meetings. &#13;
	The result shows that the coordination and knowledge was rated as moderately effective in both upward and downward communication. For the horizontal communication between and amongst the officers and members, it was rated as effective.&#13;
	Moreover, for the reliability and timeliness of the internal communication, in upward communication, it was rated as poorly effective while in downward communication it was moderately effective. In the horizontal communication with the officers, it was rated as effective and between the members with their co-members is moderately effective.&#13;
	The challenges they encountered were irregular attendance in meetings, membership fee delinquency, meeting decorum, no physical office, insufficient cellphone credits, and lack of self-confidence.&#13;
	These are the following recommendation and solutions on the problems: active participation, commitment in KALIPI, punctuality, accountability and attentiveness

The study was conducted to determine the facebook utilization of grade 10 students of Alaminos City National High School, Pangasinan.					&#13;
Specifically, it aimed to identify the socio-demographic profile of the respondents, determine the respondent accessibility to facebook, determine the respondents’ reason in using facebook, determine the advantages and disadvantages of using facebook, and determine the awareness level of the respondents regarding Facebook Addiction Disorder.			&#13;
The study was conducted from February to April 2016. A survey questionnaire was used to gather data from the first set of respondents. An online interview through facebook chat was conducted for the second set of respondents.	&#13;
Most of the respondents belong to age 16. Female respondents dominated the group. The most used social networking site is facebook.					&#13;
Based on the results, most of the respondents accessed their facebook accounts in the evening. Most of them use facebook for 10 to 30 minutes. Most of the respondents accessed their facebook at home with their mobile phones. Facebook chat was the most used activity on facebook. The primary reason of the respondents in using facebook is for entertainment.&#13;
Moreover, global and local communication was identified by the respondents as the number one advantage of facebook and security risk as its number one disadvantage. The respondents were slightly aware about Facebook Addiction Disorder.
