The study was conducted in Tuba, Benguet. The respondents include 19 agri-tourism business operators and owner, three staff of the Department of Tourism and 27 tourists. The study aimed to determine the promotional strategies of agri-tourism development; to determine the effective promotional strategies; to determine the challenges and opportunities in agri-tourism and to determine the problems encountered in promoting agri-tourism.&#13;
	Finding shows that promotional tools used to enhance agri-tourism development in Tuba, Benguet are through word of mouth, social media, brochures, consumer trade shows, signage, direct mail campaign, newspapers, flyers, radio and television. However, there are some effective promotional tools that attract tourists and enhance the agri-tourism business specifically are as follows: word of mouth; consumer trade show; social media; brochures; and signage.&#13;
There are challenges that constrains the opportunities to every agri-tourism business. Some of the challenges are limited awareness of the product and service standards needed to compete in the market place, limited on farm capability to develop the products and services needed to compete in the marketplace, limited awareness on how to market products and services effectively, limited programs and promotional strategies, competing with well-known tourism destinations that are well funded and heavily advertised, concern that agri-tourism might conflict with other farmers workloads during the busiest periods of the year, lastly is the long travel distance and transportation cost. The major problems encountered by the operators and owners of agri-tourism business in terms of productions are; the lack of capital and the very high cost of inputs materials. In marketing, the main problems are the low market price and demand, theft, competition with other firms. In financing, the main problem is the low income of the entrepreneurs and sufficiency of funds for the succeeding operation.

The study specifically aimed to determine the unique characteristics for ecotourism of Bengaongao and Paterno caves and their vicinities and assess the tree diversity in the area. The study was conducted in Barangay Ambongdolan Proper, Tublay, Benguet, from May to November 2014.&#13;
	Results of the study showed that the most practiced touristic activity in the barangay is picnicking and camping.  Moreover, the barangay hall is the best available accommodating facility. In terms of medical assistance, medical clinic is the only available facility together with midwives and traditional healers. In relation to transportation, garage vehicles were mentioned to be the best form of vehicle in visiting the area. Also, beside the river and near the entrance of Bengaongao Cave are the two most available picnicking sites. The faunal species that could be found in the area are monkeys, wild cat (mutit), wild chicken, monitor lizard (banyas), snakes (beklat), owl, deer (ugsa), bats and cloud rats (bowet). The floral species found are tuel, balete, narra, alumit, calantas, pine tree, tekdeg, sayo, wild orchids, ashaan, aporashit and kamiring. In terms of rock formation, there were three famous rock formations identified inside Bengaongao Cave which are the Wishing Well, Giant Broccoli and the Heart of the Cave rock formation. Also, the Paterno Cave, contains mostly religious replicas called St. Joseph, Virgin Mary and the Cross formation.&#13;
As regards tree diversity, findings showed that Barangay Ambongdolan is moderately diverse with twenty six (26) tree species dominated by mango (27.78%), mahogany (9.37%), peday (9.03%), tuel (8.52%), sawidi (7.26%) and petpetok (5.19%). The Shannon-Weiner Diversity Index registered 2.78 and Simpson’s Index of diversity at 0.91, indicating a generally diverse forest.

This study was conducted at Baguio City from December 2015 to February 2016 to identify which among the tourist attractions in Baguio City is mostly preferred by the domestic tourists, the sources of information of the tourists about their area of destination, the purposes of the tourists in visiting the tourist attractions, the factors affecting their preference and the problems encountered in their area of destination.&#13;
The top five tourist destinations preferred by the tourists include the Burnham Park, Mines View Park, Philippine Military Academy, Camp John Hay and The Mansion.&#13;
The main source of information of the tourists about their area of destination are through their friends and relatives, media, travel agencies and their family members. The purposes of domestic travelers in visiting the attractions are for vacation and relaxation, exploration of the tourist attractions, family travel, to visit some friends and relatives and to attend trainings and seminars. &#13;
The results showed that the tourists were affected by the different elements of attractions as to natural beauty, historical value, climate condition and man-made attractions in the area. Moreover in terms of accessibility, the tourists were influenced by the availability of pathways, the ease of locating the area and the availability of transportation services.&#13;
The problems encountered in the area of destination were classified into self-related, environmental-related and people-related. The service-related problems are the lack of public comfort room, lack of security, lack of tour guides, unfriendly personnels and lack of accommodation facilities. The environmental-related problems are the sanitary condition and lack of signages posted within the area. The people-related problems are the dialect of the people, opportunistic business owner and unapproachable people within the area.

This study was conducted to develop and maintain the services offered by Mount Purgatory Traverse by determining the socio – demographic profile of the tourists trekking in Mount Purgatory Mangisi Traverse, to determine their level of satisfaction on the services the trekking activities offered, and to determine the factors that affects their level of satisfaction.&#13;
Study shows that most of the tourists have acquired formal education and are employed aside from the students. The tourists are satisfied with the tour guides, porters, registration and booking services, transportation, facilities and security and with the qualification of the personnel but neither satisfied nor unsatisfied with the medical services. However, they are very unsatisfied with the access of information on the traverse.&#13;
Moreover, peace and order, cleanliness, climate and the beauty of the place are the factors that greatly affect the level of satisfaction of a tourist.&#13;
Based upon the results of the study, several recommendations can be made to improve the services offered by Mount Purgatory Mangisi Traverse. First, establishing strong network connection in the area to enable easy access of information. Second, protection of the natural resources by the Association of Bokod Adventure Eco- Guides (ABADEG) and lastly, reconstruction or repair of signages in and along the way with the help of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bokod, Benguet.
